Yes. Full payment is required in advance to schedule a ride. Once the invoice is emailed, you have 12 hours to pay and secure the reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 5 days ahead for 100% credit toward your next ride. Cancel 48 hours ahead and no refund is provided.
